General Information About The Protection Of Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed by our Company, in its capacity as Data Controller, pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 ("PDPL"), in connection with business purposes, by being used, recorded, stored, updated, transmitted and/or classified within the framework explained below.
Within this scope, our Company takes all technical and administrative measures for establishing an appropriate level of security with an aim to prevent your personal data from being processed unlawfully, from being accessed unlawfully and to ensure they are safeguarded, pursuant to the Law and Regulations issued with an aim to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons, in particular, the right to privacy, and with an aim to safeguard personal data.
Personal data that are processed in the capacity of data controller are cited below in the form of a non-exhaustive list;
Name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, cookie records
Your personal data obtained by our Company are kept physically or electronically for a time period befitting processing purposes in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in PDP Law and processed for the execution of operational activities of our Company, business relations and human resources processes, responding to the needs of relevant persons, ensuring the commercial safety of the Company. The Company acts in conformity with the liabilities stipulated mainly in PDP Law and other relevant legislations
Your personal data are being collected by the Company for the purposes stated above through all kinds of verbal, written or electronical communication channels to carry out our business operations. The collected data are processed and transferred within the context of personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in 5th and 6th articles of PDP Law
In order to benefit from the products and services we offer to you with the highest quality of service, we will be customized. We collect your personal data within the limits set by the official legislation, and operate within the conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of PDP Law
In order to provide our customers with value-added services, possibilities and opportunities, and to improve the quality of service, we share your information with domestic or foreign subsidiaries, directly or indirectly, with our affiliates, joint ventures or public bodies and organizations that are entitled to such information as legal to request, other institutions, suppliers, distributors and business partners that we contract through our activities.
In any time, you are entitled to use the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:
Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
Requesting information about the manner of process if your personal data has been processed,
Learning the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether it were processed appropriately for the intended purpose,
Learning the third parties located in Turkey and abroad to whom your personal data was transferred,
Requesting for correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and requesting that third parties be notified of the process carried out in this context,
Requesting that your personal data be deleted or destroyed in the event that the reasons for its processing have ended, despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other related laws and request that the process carried out in this context be notified to third parties,
Objecting to any negative consequence of your personal data being analyzed exclusively through automated systems,
Claiming compensation for your losses if you suffer any due to violation of the Law in processing of your personal data.
You can forward all requests related to the above-mentioned rights, either in writing or through other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, to firstname.lastname@example.org via an electronically signed petition, or by delivering to the below address a signed petition that includes a copy of the documents needed to determine the ID of the applicant, by hand or through registered letter with return receipt. Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, depending on the nature of your request, and within 30 days at the latest. However, if additional costs are incurred due to the procedure, you may be charged a fee, in accordance with the fees set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
The right you request to exercise and the details of the matter subject to your application must be clear and understandable in your application request. In addition, your request must be for your own person; if you are acting on behalf of someone else, the document proving that you have been exclusively authorized and the other documents validating your ID must be attached to your application.
